Refund and Returns Policy

General Information

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited automatically to your card or original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (refund updates may take some time).
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, email us at support@allfor30.shop with the reason for the exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return value as a gift card.If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To process a return, contact us at support@allfor30.shop, and we will provide further instructions.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted.

Recommendations:

  • Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
